All orders are shipped via USPS. Priority Mail and/or insurance is available upon request for an additional charge. Please keep in mind that this is a family operated business. We strive to ship in stock orders within 1-3 days (not including weekends and/or holidays). At times life may get in the way. If this occurs we will post on the home page or send an email to you directly. Green Bebe cannot be held responsible for packages "lost in the mail" or damaged. Washing Instructions
1. Wash dirty diapers every other day.
2. For best results, remove solids from diapers before storing in pail (a diaper sprayer is helpful).
3. Wash cold with 1/4 cup detergent. 4. Wash hot with 1/4 cup detergent.
5. Follow with a second rinse. 6. Tumble dry on the medium setting.

-Use only detergent, water and occasionally 1/4 cup of bleach.
-Always use a detergent that does not contain perfumes, dyes, whiteners or brighteners.
-Do not any laundry additives (including vinegar, baking soda and fabric softeners).
-Do not soak your diapers.

Warranty
Cotton Babies will stand behind the workmanship and materials in a properly cared for product for six months from the date of purchase. Our guarantee covers snaps, lining, closures and waterproofing. It is extended to the original purchaser of the diapers only. Proof of purchase is required. Product must be sent to Cotton Babies for examination of workmanship and materials. Diapers must arrive unstained, clean, stink-free and dry. (NOTE: Diapers arriving in unacceptable condition will be returned.) After reviewing your diapers, we may choose any of the following at our discretion:
Replace the diaper.
Provide you with simple instructions for repairing the product or resolving the problem you are having with the diaper.
THIS GUARANTEE IS VOID WHEN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES APPLY:
The washing instructions have not been followed.
The diaper has been altered.
Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product:
A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap Fabric softeners
Any caustic substance.
Diaper rash cream.
THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:
Leaking (except as related to manufacturing defect), "stinky diapers", buildup or normal wear.

Fuzzi Bunz (Mother of Eden) Products
Washing Instructions
In order to ensure long-lasting quality and utility from your Fuzzi Bunz diapers, it%u2019s important that you wash and care for them as instructed by the manufacturer. Please keep your receipt %u2013 it will guarantee that you get swift and uncontested service provided that you need to return your diapers. Fuzzi Bunz diapers are an investment %u2013 please keep all of your paperwork.
Caring for your Fuzzi Bunz:
Fuzzi Bunz diapers are single use diapers. Wash both the Fuzzi Bunz and insert after each use.
Most babies will experience little to no diaper rash after using Fuzzi Bunz. Do not use any rash or diaper ointments or creams with the diapers.
When wet, separate insert and Fuzzi Bunz and store in a dry diaper pail.
If soiled, simply knock solids into toilet. Small solids stuck to the fleece will dissolve in the wash. Use a mini-shower toilet attachment to rinse off soiled diapers over the toilet (optional).
Washing/Drying your Fuzzi Bunz:
First, run a cold rinse or soak cycle with no detergent.
Second, run a hot cycle with detergent (see Recommended Brands). Do not use bleach.
Third, if your hot wash is not automatically followed by a cold rinse, run a cold rinse cycle. This step only necessary with a particularly dirty load.
Tumble dry the diapers in dryer on low or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener or pure soap*. Never dry on high heat.

Diaper will not be replaced with new product or refunded due to repelling (or any kind of residue build-up), shot elastic, staining, leaking or size discrepancies.
If you experience any defects covered by the manufacturer%u2019s warranty, please fill out the Fuzzi Bunz Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located at: http://fuzzibunz.com/rma. All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After submitting the RMA form, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt and instructing you to send your diapers for repair, along with your assigned code and your proof of purchase receipt. Any product returned for repair must be free from offensive odor or foreign particles (hair, lint, feces). Mother of Eden will NOT handle/repair products that are not in clean and acceptable condition.

Happy Heiny's Products
Washing instructions for pocket diapers:
-Remove the inserts
-Cold Soak for 10-20 minutes depending on the level of dirt
-Wash on hot with slightly less than 1/4 cup of detergent
-You can add a downy ball of vinegar to the wash if the diapers have a heavy urine scent. I recommend a downy ball because it releases the vinegar at the right time - no need to wait by the machine.
-Rinse well to ensure all detergent is removed from diapers.
-Dry on high heat. The high heat of the dryer will keep your Happy Heiny functioning like new. We personally dry our PUL products on high heat and although we have had prolonged use with these products we have not noticed any break down of our PUL.

Warranty Information The warranty for our products is as follows:
Snaps: lifetime
Elastic: 6 months
Sewing: 3 months
Issues with fit, wicking, and leaking do not fall under our warranties.
Any defect will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Happy Heinys.
Due to the nature of cloth diapers we can not guarantee how long they will last. Our prints are made out of a cotton outer and as with any cotton product these will show wear with time. Just the process of normal washing and drying will create wear on the diaper. The wear typically does not affect the usage of the diaper or the water-proof layer of the diaper. We do expect our product will last through multiple children but this is not a guarantee nor a promise. It all depends on the amount of use and the type of abuse the the diaper is given. Most diapers are washed every other day for several months and this alone will cause wear. We will NOT be held responsible for any wear on any of our diapers. Wear and tear is not a defect of the products. If there is any wear issues within the first 2 weeks of purchase than we will repair or refund at the discretion of Happy Heiny's. Any wear after 2 weeks will be considered due to use and washing of the products are are not under warranty. Thirsties
Washing Instructions
1. Shake "poop" into toilet. Newborn stools will be too loose to shake clean. You can optionally dunk newborn diapers in toilet bowl, use a diaper sprayer, or simply set your washing machine cycle for an extra initial rinse. Our machine has a pre-wash cycle that we love for this reason. If you do not have a pre-wash cycle on your washer, then consider running your diapers through an initial short cycle followed by a heavy cycle.
2. Collect soiled or wet diapers in a lined plastic pail. You can purchase a special made diaper pail, but we have found your basic plastic 52 quart garbage can and lid works just as well, is more affordable, and is available at your local department store.
3. You can optionally add a sprinkle of baking soda to your diapers and pail to help neutralize odors. Once mixed with water in your washer, the baking soda will help to lift stains.
3. For optimum cleanliness, limit the size of your load to no more than 24 diapers. As a general rule, the fewer diapers per load, the cleaner they will be.
4. Then, use WARM or HOT wash (no higher than 95 degrees Fahrenheit) and COLD rinse with high water level. Use a mild detergent with no phosphates, and minimal additives. Add only 1/2 the recommended amount of detergent for top-loaders and 1/3 the recommended dose for high efficiency and front-loaders. Avoid all soaps and all "Free & Clear" and/or popular baby detergents. These detergents will leave a residue on your diapers that will affect the absorbency and may cause 'stinky' diapers and/or diaper rash. Country Save is safe detergent that you can probably find at your local health food store. In washing your cloth diapers, there really is no right or wrong way to go about it. But there is a RIGHT detergent to use to avoid ruining your diapers. Please take a moment and find one that will work for you.
5. Dry in dryer on low heat. Add a dry towel to the dryer to speed the drying process. Occasionally you may wish to dry in dryer on high heat to help with sterilization. Drying in direct sunlight is also an excellent method; it helps to preserve the textiles of your diapers and is great at getting rid of stains. Hang drying will leave your diapers somewhat stiff. So to soften sun-dried dipes, you may choose to use the dryer for the last 15 minutes.
6. Some parents like to add 1/2 cup vinegar to the final rinse to reduce residue of detergent or hard water. Do not use vinegar when washing cloth diapers made from synthetic textiles...this includes most all diaper covers and some brands of cloth diapers, including our Fab Fitteds. Synthetic fibers tend to hang on to the vinegar smell.
7. Even if you follows all the rules above, you still might end up with occasional stinky diapers and less absorbent diapers due to pre-wash, detergent, and/or mineral residue. Simply replace your regular detergent with 1/4 cup Calgon water softener (found at your local grocers). This process is often referred to as diaper stripping. Use Calgon as often as needed, but not at every wash.
8. Finally, if your diapers are in need of a thorough deep cleaning, you can use a bit of Oxyclean in place of your regular detergent. Do this only when needed.

Warranty
Your product is under warranty for possible return for up to 90 days after the original purchase date. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal 'wear and tear' and does not suffice for repair or replacement purposes. Washing Instructions
-We like to suggest a cold water rinse followed by a wash cycle on Hot and a final rinse in cold water. Be sure to use a reduced amount of detergent (appx 1/3) of the recommended amount to limit reside which can hamper your diaper`s absorbency and may cause skin irritation.
-As with all fabrics, the more gentle you are with your laundering, the more longevity the fibers will have. Our Fleece and PUL manufacturers suggest drying on low heat or tumble dry as this is the most gentle on the fabrics.
-With our AIO`s the core is made of 100% cotton. Since this helps to regulate the temperature applied to the inner and outer layers of the diaper, these can typically be dried at a higher setting with minimal impact. However, always be sure to only damp dry your fabrics as an extended period at high heat with very dry fabrics will cause damage and significantly limit their life span.
-Never use fabric softener or bleach on your diapers!
-Monkey Doodlez%u2122 products without an inner cotton core such as wet bags, pail liners, and pocket diapers, should only be dried on low heat or hung dry.

Warranty Information
Monkey Doodlez%u2122 products are warrantied to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of 30 days from purchase, and a copy of your purchase receipt will be required. If by chance your product has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced with an identical size product at our discretion. Please note that we do not pay or reimburse shipping charges.
