The middle section can have 6 or 8 layers. This gives pre-folds absorbency where it is needed most, in the middle. Prefold diapers are great not only for diapering but are used as burp cloths, and household clean-ups. These diapers can be fastened with a Snappi and should be used with a diaper cover. Most of the covers we have available do NOT require the use of pins or a Snappi.
